1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website mulun.tech ('the Site'), you agree to be bound by these Corporate Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms govern public access to information, preliminary consultations, and demo requests. Formal client engineering engagements are governed by separate, individually negotiated Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Site, including credentials, design systems, technical whitepapers, proprietary software names (including Nexa, OnSiteTrack, Swift Portal, TourMate, Pave ID, and Pave-PAY), logo assets, and editorial insights, remain the exclusive property of Mulun Technologies Co. Ltd.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view and reference materials for legitimate business evaluation. You may not scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized administrative access, execute automated denial-of-service attacks, or inject fraudulent form data.

Any submission of false corporate credentials, abusive harassment, or security probing outside our Responsible Disclosure Policy constitutes a breach of these terms.

4. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Site and its informational content are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While Mulun Tech strives for absolute accuracy in technical specifications and editorial articles, we do not warrant that site operations will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

Case studies, technology roadmaps, and architectural blueprints describe general engineering capabilities and do not constitute binding commercial warranties of specific business outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Ugandan law, Mulun Technologies Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access the Site.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Uganda.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith commercial negotiation in Kampala, Uganda, before recourse to competent courts of law.
