Mulun Tech' conformance commitment to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all digital properties.
Notice: This policy document is adopted as the operational Version One baseline for Mulun Technologies Co. Ltd. Ongoing review is conducted by appointed corporate legal counsel in Kampala, Uganda.
1. Conformance Target
Mulun Tech is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across mulun.tech.
2. Technical Measures Implemented
Full keyboard navigation: All navigation items, search dialogs, process rails, accordions, and form fields are operable via standard keyboard without traps.
High contrast compliance: Text elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast standards. Small text avoids low-contrast tints, using deep `#3E7D18` (5.1:1) and dark `#0A0A0A` (16:1).
Zero layout shift & reduced motion: Native `prefers-reduced-motion` media queries disable smooth scrolling for users with vestibular sensitivities.
Semantic HTML: Clear ARIA roles, skip-to-content links, explicit form labels, and descriptive alternative text on all informational imagery.
